Color High Club Affiliate Terms & Conditions

By signing up to be an Affiliate for Color High Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, you shouldn’t participate.

1. Enrollment

1. To become a Color High Club Affiliate, you must submit an application through our platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. We may reject applications for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate content, brand conflicts, or failure to meet our quality standards.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote ethically: Only promote Color High Club in ways that reflect positively on our brand.
• Be honest: No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products or services.
• Follow the law: Stay compliant with all FTC guidelines, including proper disclosure of affiliate links (e.g., “I may earn a commission”).
• Keep it real: No spamming, fake clicks, cookie stuffing, or shady tactics.
• Stay in your lane: You cannot pretend to represent Color High Club directly (you are an independent promoter, not an employee).

3. Commission Structure

1. You will earn a commission for every qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link.
2. Commission rates and bonus structures are outlined in your affiliate dashboard and are subject to change with prior notice.
3. Self-referrals are not allowed (you can’t use your own link to buy and get a commission).
4. Fraudulent, refunded, or canceled purchases are not eligible for commissions.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid out monthly (usually within 5 days after the end of the payment month).
• Minimum payout threshold: $25.
• Payments are made via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Check.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your commissions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior we feel is damaging to Color High Club’s reputation. If terminated, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use our logos, banners, and other marketing assets solely for promoting Color High Club. You cannot alter them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this affiliate program. Our total liability will not exceed the commissions paid to you under this agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
